Declaration on the duty to inform
The protection of your personal data is our prime concern. Therefore, we process your data exclusively based on legal provisions in force (General Data Protection Regulation – DSGVO, Telecommunications Act – TKG 2003). In this data protection information, we highlight the most important aspects of data processing within the framework of our website.
Contacting us
If you contact us by email with the form provided on our website, the data transmitted to us by you will be saved for twelve months for the processing of your inquiry and for potential subsequent questions. We will not pass on these data without your agreement.
Saving Data
We point out that, for the purposes of a simplified purchase process and later contract implementation, the web shop provider will save the IP data of the subscriber with cookies, just as the purchaser’s name, billing address, means of payment, delivery address, property address and date of birth in case of private clients.
Further, for the purposes of contract implementation, we also save the following data: technical requirements, requirements for due fulfilment of contractual obligations assumed by the contractor/obligations assumed by the client, procedure of received SOS emergency calls, duration/termination of the agreement, monthly fees/payment, collection fees, defects/complaints, transfer of the contract product/ownership. Data provided by you are required to implement the contract and/or to carry out precontractual measures. We are unable to conclude the contract with you without these data. Data are not transmitted to third parties, excluding the transmission of credit card data to the competent banking institutions/providers of payment services for the purpose of debiting the purchase and/or rental price, to the transport/dispatch company contracted by us to deliver the goods as well as to our tax adviser to fulfil our obligations arising from tax law.
When the purchase procedure is cancelled, data saved by us are deleted. If a contract is concluded, all data relating to the contractual relationship will be saved until the expiry of the retention period arising from tax law (7 years).
Exceeding this period, the data including name, address, purchased goods and date of purchase are saved until the expiry of product warranty (10 years). Data processing is performed on the basis of legal provisions contained in art. 96, sec. 3 Telecommunications Act and art. 6, sec. 1, para. 1 (consent) and/or para. b (necessary for the performance of a contract) General Data Protection Regulation.
Cookies
Our website uses so-called cookies. Cookies are small text files which are saved on your terminal by means of the browser. They do not cause any harm. We use cookies to make our offer user-friendly. Some cookies remain saved on your terminal until you delete them. They enable us to recognise your browser on the occasion of your next visit. Your rights
You have the fundamental rights of information, correction, deletion, restriction, data transmissibility, cancellation and objection. If you are of the opinion that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your claims arising from data protection law have been violated in any other way, you may lodge a complaint with the supervising authority. In Austria, this is the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
